We strongly believe that everyone has the ability to create a fulfilling and meaningful life in recovery, and we are here to help you achieve progress in all areas of life—not just addiction or mental health.
We offer Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP), Individual Counseling, Chemical Use Assessments, Diagnostic Assessments, Group Therapy, Housing Consultation, Adult Basic Education and GED programming, and Employment Support.

We have over 30 years of experience working with clients from all walks of life and helping them navigate addiction, mental health challenges, higher education, food insecurity, housing insecurity, and other life challenges.
Our team and partners consist of Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors, Physicians, and Therapists with backgrounds
We have over 30 years of experience working with clients from all walks of life and helping them navigate addiction, mental health challenges, higher education, food insecurity, housing insecurity, and other life challenges.
Our team and partners consist of Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors, Physicians, and Therapists with backgrounds in psychology, addiction counseling, social work, and criminal justice. Along with Housing Consultants, a GED program, and Peer Recovery Specialists, we are able to provide an all-inclusive approach to long-term recovery and life success.
We also support family members and loved ones of individuals struggling with substance use disorders or mental health concerns.

We offer morning and evening groups, as well as telehealth services, to fit your lifestyle. We also provide FREE Narcan and Narcan training!
We accept Medical Assistance (MA), Blue Cross Blue Shield, HealthPartners, UCare, and many other insurance plans, as well as self-pay options.
